There is a comfortable sofa which converts into a queen size bed. Enjoy the 40" TV with HBO with DVD player or relax with a book in the library nook on a comfortable lounge chair. Check out the action on the beach, pier, dolphins or wildlife with the telescope located in the great room.

The gourmet kitchen features top of the line Kenmore appliances. The utility room provides a washer and dryer for your needs.

The master suite has a king size bed featuring the same award winning mattress found in the Boars Head Inn in Charlottesville, VA. Enjoy the 37" flat screen TV and DVD player. A walk-in closet, private bathroom and balcony are just part of the luxury features of the master suite.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with the same quality mattress found in the master suite. There are mirrored closet doors, swing arm reading lamps, 30" flat screen TV and DVD player and other lovely appointments. There is a bathroom just off the entrance to the guest bedroom.

Cox cable is provided on all three TV's with some channels offered in high definition. There is Wi-Fi throughout the condo.
