The Sanctuary - Sandbridge Beach Condos

Loved the resort location. The house was very cozy and super clean . They had everything I needed to make our stay joyful! Will definitely be back!

The home was great - kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need for cooking. Maybe rearrange the bunk beds so the door could be opened all the way. Only suggestion - drive a small car if you have one - parking was a little tricky with the bigger SUV trying to get in the numbered slot. Otherwise - all was great!

Our family of seven, including a 14 year old and a nine year old, enjoyed a relaxed getaway in this spacious, comfortable condo. The pools weren’t open during our stay at the end of March, but the two outdoor pools that we saw looked inviting. The beach is steps away from the condo and there’s a nice boardwalk, too. It’s in a very residential area so it’s about a 15 minute drive to the local shopping mall and grocery stores. Two local restaurants, Jose Tequilas Mexican Grill and Bar and Sandbridge Island Restaurant both had prompt takeout service and good meals. Both had a nice variety of menu items. We also had a great dinner at Margie & Ray’s Crabhouse. If you like the beach without the tourist shops and attractions of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk area, this is a nice alternative. The tourist area is a thirty minute drive away, but we were lucky to find free parking and spent a fun afternoon hanging out at the Boardwalk.
